  • Venezuela: trained in « El Sistema » (National System of Youth and Children Orchestras of Venezuela), in the Municipal Music School of Cumaná and the Instituto Universitario de Estudios Musicales of Caracas.

  • Award winner: UdeM Symphony Orchestra Soloists (2001), Radio-Canada "Début" Series (2001), "Alain-Marion" Scholarship from the Domaine Forget International Academy (Quebec, 2002), Honorable Mention at the First Latin American Flute Gathering in Caracas (2000).

  • Caracas: Venezuela Symphony Orchestra (OSV, 1996–2000), National Flute Orchestra of Venezuela (ONF), and other orchestras affiliated with "El Sistema." 

  • Soloist with the OSV, the ONF, and the University of Montreal Symphony Orchestra.

  • South American music: In France, with Cristóbal Soto, Miguel Siso, Manuel A. Sánchez, Marcel Moncourt, and Dariana Lopez. Previously: Sonidos Vivos (Peru), Sinuoso, Çavana, Churuata, etc. (Montreal).

  • Concerts: Canada, the United States, France, Norway, Peru, Portugal, and Venezuela. Participation in numerous recordings.  

  • Workshops and masterclasses: William Bennett (England); Emmanuel Pahud, Mathieu Dufour, Raymond Guiot, Patrick Gallois (Quebec); Vincent Lucas, François Veilhan, Jean-Pierre Pinet (France).

  • Teachers in Venezuela: José García-Guerrero, Glenn Egner, Luis Julio Toro, Nicolás Real, José Antonio Naranjo, and Elvis Villarroel.
